Business Development Executive
We are looking for talented Business Development Executive having 2 – 3 years of experience and who would be liable to perform below mentioned duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conducting market analysis to identify potential growth areas and industry trends.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, contracts, and business strategies.
- Achieving sales targets and business goals through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in lead generation, client handling, and business communication.
- Strong exposure to CRM tools and business development strategies.
- Should have a proper understanding of sales processes, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Should have experience in writing business proposals and handling corporate sales.
- Exposure to digital marketing and IT/software sales is a plus.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English speaking and writing.
- Having knowledge of B2B sales, networking platforms, and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
Education
- UG: BBA / B.Com. / B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization
- PG: MBA / PGDM – Marketing, International Business, or related field
